Definitely tablescapes. There are so many different elements to play with between the colors, florals, place settings, and other details that allow for a lot of creativity! A tablescape is also the one part of the wedding design that fully encompasses all the wedding details in one place.

Trendy and timeless - I love the uniqueness of using new trends that haven’t been seen before, to stand out and be set apart. BUT I also love incorporating timeless elements into my style because trends always come and go, but there’s something special about designs that stand the test of time.

Hi friend! I am thrilled that you are here. My favorite part of this job is getting to meet so many incredible people and hear their stories. Connecting with others is a big part of the reason I love this job so much. And I love that I get to design every wedding to be unique to each of our couples and their story. It is so fun for me to take all the pieces of your love story and find ways to incorporate them throughout your wedding. I am a visionary when it comes to weddings, and I love everything that has to do with style and design. I get my inspiration primarily from the fashion industry, but I also love to gather inspiration from other things such as textures, landscapes, and architecture as well. While attending weddings, I deeply understand all the feelings behind your engagement season - excitement, impatience, stress, being in looove - and I want you to be able to enjoy it all to the fullest!

I currently live just outside of Indianapolis with my husband and our two golden retrievers, Stella and Haze. When I am not working on weddings, you can find me exploring the city, chasing my dogs, or drinking the newest locally brewed craft beer. I have a huge obsession with plants as well and I am slowly creating a jungle in my home. My favorite rom-com has always been The Wedding Planner and it’s a dream to actually live it out in person!

Tablescapes! So many layers, textures, dimensions – so much thought and skill goes into designing a cohesive tablescape! It’s also a huge impression statement piece since a big portion of the night will be spent gathered around the table.

Dream destination
I am inspired by European lifestyle and trends. I love my neutral colors, but will always love playing with blues. I’m a fan of tent weddings and flowers galore!

I will always take delight in providing a refining experience curating a day that represents you to the fullest. I love working with my hands and being creative, but I equally love the calculated side of planning. Vance Taylor Designs has given me the permission to marry my gifts of creativity and logistics, and it has truly been the biggest blessing. I have a big heart for interior design, and often my wedding designs are inspired by trending aesthetics and styles within that industry. I am also inspired by old world countries, stunning architecture, bouncy florals, and unique textures. If I found a textured colored linen that I loved, I could design an entire wedding around it.

I have a BIG entrepreneurial spirit - lots of dreams and passions are always spinning! Change + newness excites me more than it should LOL. I loveeeee traveling but hate doing it alone - I believe it's meant to be enjoyed with somebody. I will never intentionally vacation somewhere cold...I don't trust people who do (jk, but not really).
When I'm not planning your wedding, I am probably planning the next DIY project for my home or hanging out by the pool with my family! In the winter months, you can find me hibernating with hot tea in hand. Sometimes I just make the tea to hold something warm, hehe! My husband and two fur babies are my life!
