This is why we specialize in Full Service Planning - to give you the best experience possible. With full project management nothing goes unnoticed as it is an intense and necessary part of the planning process. Full project management, vendor research, onboarding and full communication, checklist and deadline oversight, RSVP tracking and invitation management, website curation, crisis management, timeline creation, and everything in between. With year in the wedding industry, we take pride in our seamless workflow because giving you a high end experience is out biggest priority.
Your wedding day should encompass your unique story through the intentional details within your design. You should feel seen and understood as you are pouring so much time and resources into a beautiful weekend.
For your design, we start with cohesive design boards to understand the general design direction. From there we create a full design lookbook with color palette creations, tablescape blueprints, outsourceable rental pieces, floral inspiration, paper good templates, floor plans and layouts, the logistics of production, and so much more. We hire the best of the best vendors who can carry out and execute the vision we've created together because you are deserving of the best wedding weekend.

Generally, Lexi and Shelby do work events together. On average, Lexi and Shelby only take on 8-10 weddings a year so they can effectively and successfully serve their clients and create stunning designs.
Do Lexi and Shelby do weddings together?
In our initial meeting we will discuss the details of your planning process and what the wedding weekend will entail. Together we will come up with a flat fee for our services that can be broken down into installments during our planning process. Our fees are customarily based on the merit and complexity of our experience together.
What does the payment process look like?
The average total budget we work with is $100,000 with a slight alteration based on location and guest count. We estimate about 20% of the total budget to be dedicated to the design.
What is the average wedding budget you work with?
We specialize in European-inspired and fine art designs. We love intimate destination weddings, but will never be tired of big tent weddings!
What do you specialize in?
We expect only three things: full transparency, active responses, and trust from you. Our goal with every single one of our clients is to serve them with every ounce of our being. In order to do our job well and create the wedding design you’ve been dreaming about for years, we need your honest feedback. In order to manage 10 to 15+ vendors and make deadlines, we need active responses from you when necessary. Lastly, we’ve been in the industry for years and want you to know that we only have your best interests in mind. Allowing us to design and manage your wedding requires a lot of trust.
What do you expect from us as your clients?
To book, we require a signed contract and a 30% deposit. After that, we enroll you into our client portal. That houses all your vendor contacts/contracts/payment plans, our questionnaires, worksheets, notes, budget, timelines, floor plans, checklists, and so. much. more. We really value providing you with a seamless experience!
